Biography

As a highly engaged leader who excels in promoting teamwork, it's no surprise that Steve Chmielewski has embraced roles of increasing responsibility since joining Liberty Hardware in 2013. As Director of PMO in 2016 and Sr. Director of PMO, Analytics, and Customer Marketing in 2018, Steve took two programs from infancy to mature value drivers for Liberty.

He began his career with the Masco family of companies in 2000. With roles across several divisions - including Sourcing, Sales, and Operations - Steve has worked in the building products industry ever since.

When he's off the clock, Steve is on the move. He enjoys a good trail run, hitting the pavement for a marathon, and even ultra-running. He also likes restoring cars, drag racing, and spending time with his family.
