Biography

Miles Poole's career journey with Liberty Hardware spans over three decades. He began in Sales before a promotion to Customer Service Manager, overseeing the OEM Division. Miles also served as the Director of Product Life Cycle Management and Sr. Director of Planning before stepping into his current position as VP of Operations.

Miles graduated from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, and later earned his M.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University. He joined Liberty in 1987, where his responsive communication style and focus on the positive have guided successful teams for 30 years.

Miles spends his spare time at live music shows, broadcasting sporting events, or spending time with his family (dogs included!).
