Leaders Take Action

At Liberty, our leaders are listening and more importantly, acting. They're checking the pulse on mental health and job satisfaction, quick to move on impactful solutions. Monthly diversity, equity, and inclusion training helps us utilize our talents and be better community members. Leadership takes the time to mentor us through challenges by asking the right questions. They encourage us to follow our passions, lending support to causes close to our hearts, like Habitat for Humanity, our local foodbank, and INTech Camp for Girls. From the warehouse to the customer's floor, our leaders are poised and ready.
