Biography

As a pioneering digital product leader for two decades, Lauren has transformed consumer experiences while developing leaders and empowering teams across global, regional, and local markets in Tech, CPG, and Healthcare sectors. Her energy, warmth, and drive shine through in every project.

Her passion for driving growth through holistic omni-channel experiences incorporates ecommerce and social in the way that people are using them every day. “Creating real connections with consumers allows you to positively impact their lives and the world around them,” Lauren explains.

From co-founding a successful marketing start-up in 2006 to leading large multinational teams, Lauren has leveraged AI, data analytics, and automation to fuel success. A dedicated servant leader, she is committed to supporting her teams and partners in their growth, both in and outside of the office. Outside of work, Lauren is learning to surf and enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, staying active and exploring the world together.
